• You will use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform.
• You will not misuse WhatsApp or violate Meta policies.

We provide the platform “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

We are not liable for message delivery failures, third-party outages, platform downtime, or interruptions caused by services outside our control, including Meta and WhatsApp services.
